Exhibitor Profiles
Under the Profile menu on the website you will find links to the Exhibitor listing and to the Exhibitor contact information in Excel format (these pages are updated in realtime). There is also a link to the Exhibitor profiles in PDF format which is updated once a day. On your online Preliminary schedule there is a link to download profiles in appointment order.

Preliminary Schedules
Please review your preliminary schedule as soon as they are posted on September 25, 2017. Please note you will be given your official appointment schedule when you arrive onsite. Do not use the preliminary schedule onsite as last minute scheduling changes may have occurred.

Marketplace Appointments
The marketplace features 15-minute meetings between journalists and European Exhibitors.
If you are delayed in arriving for your first appointment on October 11, 2017 be sure to advise VEMEX Registration Manager (212) 598-1160 that you are en route. This will avoid cancellation of all appointments.

What to Bring
Business cards, copies of recent clippings, bag for information collected.

Electrical Connections
Journalists are advised to bring an extra laptop battery or a charger for their laptops (and note that there is limited availability of electrical outlets onsite).

Internet Connections
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the lobby.
