The Visit Europe Media Exchange is an all-in-one-day, under-one-roof opportunity to meet with more than 100 European exhibitors representing countries, regions, cities, museums, festivals, attractions and travel products!

Where and When: Hollywood, FL, Monday, Nov. 1; New York, Wednesday, Nov. 3; and

Toronto, Friday, Nov. 5.

Presented by: The European Travel Commission, comprising 39 national tourism organizations.

In a few hours of one-on-one appointments that you select, and in open sessions, you will have the chance to:

• Gather new story ideas and background material on a broad range of European tourism products. 

• Develop personal relationships with key European travel information sources. 

• Network with other travel journalists and editors. 

• Schedule follow-up research visits to destinations of interest.

Note: You decide your day's schedule, including start and stop times.

Participation is open to all qualified, professional travel journalists including, but not limited to: editors, staff writers, contributing editors, freelance writers and photographers with proven outlets, video and film producers for online newspapers, magazines, television, broadcast/video/film, select Internet publications, travel guides, books.

All applications are subject to approval. Media not known to the Visit Europe Media Exchange will be asked to provide clippings/samples of recently published work in major outlets to qualify for an invitation.
