The appointment request process for media starts about one month prior to the event. In order for your organization to be available for appointment selection by the media, you should be registered as early as possible. While it is still possible to register after that date it may impact the number of appointment requests you receive from media. Although appointment requests may be modified by both media and exhibitors at any time up until the appointment selection deadline, experience has shown that many of the media only make their requests once and do not return to see if additional exhibitors have registered since they made their initial requests.
